I am a strategic organizational leader, consultant, and coach with more than 20 years of experience guiding complex institutions through strategy development, leadership alignment, and large-scale transformation. My work sits at the intersection of organizational design and executive leadership, with a focus on helping mission-driven organizations and individuals move from ambiguity to clarity and from intention to sustained action.

I have led and supported enterprise-wide initiatives across philanthropic, nonprofit, government, and academic sectors, partnering closely with senior leadership teams to strengthen decision-making, improve cross-organizational alignment, and design more coherent systems of execution. I am known for my ability to surface underlying organizational dynamics through deep listening and structured inquiry, translating complexity into clear strategic insight that leaders can act on with confidence.

Across my practice, I integrate three core disciplines: strategic listening and sense-making, leadership and cultural alignment, and transformation design. In strategy-focused engagements, I help organizations uncover the realities beneath their formal plans to ensure strategy reflects lived experience and operational conditions. In leadership work, I support executives and teams in building shared intent, trust, and consistency in how they lead together. In transformation design, I partner with executives and organizations to architect the structures, culture, governance, and implementation pathways required to embed lasting change.
